Content removal & DMCA policy

Jejegames.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Content hosted by third parties

Jejegames.com does not host game files on its own servers. Games are embedded from their developers' hosting through the GameDistribution network. We do not control or manage the original hosting of the games featured on this website.

2. Copyright infringement notification

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that content available through Jejegames.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA-compliant notice using our contact form.

Your notice must include

  • Your full name and an electronic or physical signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Where the allegedly infringing content is located on Jejegames.com, including the exact game page URL.
  • Your address, phone number and a valid email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Response and removal

On receipt of a valid notice we review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content in question. Because we do not host the game files, this normally means removing the game's page and embed from Jejegames.com.

4. Repeat infringers

Jejegames.com reserves the right to remove content and to restrict access for repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification through the contact form. A counter-notification must meet the requirements of the DMCA.
